| Abstract: | This paper discusses the reasons that cause the Switch instantaneous voltage, presents the method of deceasing the Switch instantaneous voltage by means of reducing the distributed inductance, also presents the design method of buffer circuit which are suitable for Large capacity IGBT Inverter circuit. |
