快速货车转向架牵引拉杆可靠性分析

摘    要:使用ANSYS概率设计系统对快速货车转向架牵引拉杆进行可靠性分析。分析结果表明:以40Cr作为拉杆材料,其可靠性能够满足要求;通过灵敏度分析,得到黏着系数和拉杆杆径对拉杆最大主应力值影响较大。基于分析结果,提出了一些拉杆选材与结构优化设计的建议。

Abstract:The reliability of the traction rod of a rapid wagon bogie is analyzed by ANSYS PDS module.The result shows that taking 40Cr as the material of the traction rod can meet the requirement of reliability.The sensitivity analysis indicates that both adhesion coefficient and the stem diameter are the two major factors influencing the maximum principal stress.Based on analysis results,some proposals on the structure optimum and material selection are offered.
