某型塔式起重机转台的有限元分析

摘    要:转台对塔式起重机性能的影响很大。在前处理软件Hypermesh中建立了某型塔式起重机转台的有限元模型;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对转台整体进行了强度、变形分析,得到了转台在典型工况下的位移分布云图和应力分布云图。该方法可减小用传统方法对各部分分别进行分析及静态线性假设带来的误差。

Abstract:Slewing frame has a great influence on the performance of tower crane.In this paper,the pre-processing software Hypermesh is used to develop and export a finite element analysis model of a slewing frame.In typical load cases,the finite element analysis of entire slewing frame is carried out by use of ANSYS,to find the area with high stress and big deformation.The total displacement contours and the stress contours of the slewing frame are obtained.This method can reduce the errors of traditional analysis that is based on linear static state hypothesis.
