| 摘 要： | 啃轨现象是桥门式起重机运行过程中常见的一种现象,啃轨的原因复杂多样。主要研究运行机构的跨度与基距之间的比值对机构自锁产生的影响,以及起重机桥架制造加工超标、车轮加工超标、轨道和车轮安装误差过大等因素对啃轨现象的影响。

| Abstract: | Chewing rail is a common phenomenon.There are many reasons for chewing rail phenomenon.This paper mainly research the influence of the ratio of the span length to the cardinal distance on the self-locking mechanism,and the influence of the machining errors of portal frame and wheels,and the installation errors of rail and wheels on chewing rail. |
