| 摘 要： | 以斜沟煤矿6.9km带式输送机为研究模型,通过建立带式输送机的整机系统动力学模型,研究了长距离矿用带式输送机启动过程中的动态特性。分析得出：在启动过程中,机头驱动滚筒的张力大约是机尾改向滚筒张力的6倍,容易造成机头驱动滚筒、机架的破坏;输送带中的波动速传递到机尾时,机尾的瞬时速度变化较大,容易产生强烈振动现象。

| Abstract: | Taking 6.9 km belt conveyor in Xiegou Coal Mine as the research model,this paper established a dynamic model of the belt conveyor system in the software AMESim,and analyzed the dynamic characteristic of long distance mine belt conveyor in start-up process.The analysis shows： in the start-up process,the driving drum tension in the head is about six times as large as the tail redirection roller tension,and causes the destruction of head roller and the frame easily;the wave speed in conveyor belt is transmitted to the tail,the instantaneous speed makes large variation,the vibration phenomenon is caused easily. |
