基于ANSYS的辐射和相变对焊接温度场的影响研究

摘    要:为研究辐射和相变对焊接温度场的影响,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS的热分析功能,以TIG平板对焊为例,采用高斯热源,分别对考虑辐射和相变影响、只考虑辐射而忽略相变影响、同时忽略辐射和相变影响的3种情况进行计算。并得出结论:相变对温度最大值和温度梯度的影响都很大,在进行计算时不应被忽略;辐射散热对温度最大值和温度梯度的影响有限,为节约计算时间,可以忽略。

Abstract:In order to study the impact of radiation and phase change on the welding temperature field,the thermal analysis function of the finite element software ANSYS was made use of,the TIG butt welded plate was taken as example,the Gaussian heat source was applied,and the situation fell into three cases: both radiation and phase change were taken into account;the radiation was considered while the phase change was ignored;both radiation and phase change were neglected at the same time.Conclusions were drawn.The phase transition,which affects maximum value of temperature and temperature gradient greatly,should not be ignored during the calculations.While the radiation has limited impact on the temperature both in largest value and in gradient,it could be ignored in the heating process to save computing time.
