| 摘 要： | 针对国产隔膜泵在使用中容易引发故障而影响生产等问题,将频谱分析方法应用到隔膜泵系统的在线状态监测中,通过所得到的频谱曲线进行综合判断,可以确定设备振动幅值变化范围,为设备运行状况提供较为准确的判定依据。

| Abstract: | For solving the problems such as frequent breakdown in the use of homebred diaphragm pumps,this paper applies spectral analysis method to online status monitoring of diaphragm pump system.The spectrum curves can help us determine the change range of equipment vibration amplitude,in order to provide more accurate judgment basis for equipment running status. |
