摘    要:建立了起重机箱型主梁的有限元力学模型,利用ANSYS分析软件对同一工况、同一位置的裂纹在外载作用下的应力集中系数进行分析。讨论了偏轨箱型主梁在有圆孔或裂纹的情况下的应力集中系数及其对强度的影响,为桥架的应力集中及强度分析提供了有用的数据。

Abstract:This paper set up the finite element model of the box girder of a bridge crane,analyzed the stress concentration factor of the cracks with different shape in the girder under the same condition by ANSYS software.The influence of different cracks on the girder was discussed.It provides detailed data for the stress concentration and strength analysis of the bridge crane.
