| 摘 要： | 微软XLS、DOC、DBF文件是实现办公室自动化最常用的电子文档，它们之间的转换可利用Office系统及VFP数据库管理系统通过手工完成，但需要分多步转换。文中介绍了通过程序可直接完成XLS文件向DOC文档的转换，具有一定的实用性。

| Abstract: | Microsoft XLS, DOC, DBF file is the electronic documents used commonly in office. Conversion between them iscompleted in many steps by hand with Microsoft Office and VFP database management system. This article describes theprocess through the completion of XLS documents directly to the DOC document conversion by program, with a certain degree of practicality. |
