粉末冶金软磁材料在XC型仪表中的应用

介绍了粉末冶金软磁材料在制造XC型仪表零件中的应用及其技术经济效果。采用动压、氢气保护烧结、复压工艺,其密度 ≥ 7g/cm3,所制零件完全满足产品装配要求。其经济效果显著,以年产8万台计算,与用DT4纯铁棒加工(材料利用率40%)相比,全年可节约原材料费6万元,节约加工费12万元。粉末冶金软磁材料完全可以在仪表零件制造中推广应用。

APPLICATIONS OF P/M SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIALS IN XC TYPE METERS

Applications of P/M soft magnetic materials in producing the parts in XC type meters and their technical and economic results are described. Final parts with a density ≥ 7g/cm3 obtained by pressing, sintering in hydrogen atmosphere and repressing can meet the reouirements for assembling in the meters. The parts have shown obviously economic advantages. Raw materials of 60,000 chinese yuan and operational costs of 120,000 chinese yuan can be saved when compated with those of parts macninined from DT4 pure iron bars(utilization of which being only 4%).It has proved that P/M soft magnetic materials can be extensively used in meters.
