浅析箱体类零件加工工艺

箱体部件主要由箱体类零件组成，其加工品质和精度等级，不仅会对箱体的装配和运动精度产生直接影响，还会对机器的性能、工作精度和使用年限产生一定影响。笔者主要从三方面对其加工工艺进行了分析，即工艺线路的设计、定位基准的选择及主要表面的加工，制定了合理的加工工艺方案，同时指出箱体类零件加工工艺的关键在于重要孔系的加工精度。

Formulated a reasonable process, also pointed out that the key of the box parts process is the importtmt holes in the machining precision.
