摘    要:通过上部中车架组焊工艺流程及组焊特.董进行分析改进焊接技术。根据工作实践指导于技术创新。挖掘机上部中车架底板焊接变形的控制与工艺改进。通过上部中车架组焊对品质的影响分析,得出中车架焊接中的关键技术的创新,包括预应力反变形焊接法,焊接顺序及工艺参数的调整,以更好应用于实践。

Abstract:By analyzing the upper frame assembly welding process and.welding characteristics to improved welding techniques. According to the work practice guidance on technological innovation, excavator upper frame chassis .welding deformation control and process improvement. The upper frame assembly welding quality analysis, draw key technology innovation in the frame welding, including the prestressing anti-deformation welding method, welding" Sequence and adjustment of process parameters, in order to better practice.
