摘    要:介绍了基于Pro/Mechanica提高分析精确度的方法。建立了模型绝对精度及零件建模顺序的设置方法,从源头上提高模型建模精度。同时,在网格创建时,引进了常用细分网格的控制项,对奇点产生的原因进行分析并探讨其消除方法。从而提高Pro/Mechanica分析准确度。

Abstract:Introduced the method of improving the analysis of accuracy based on Pro / Mechanica. Construct the setting method of absolute accuracy of model and the modeling order of parts thus to improve modeling accuracy from the source.In creating the mesh, introduced the control item of commonly used subdivided mesh, then analyzed the causes of the singularities and explored its elimination method, and therefore enhanced the analysis accuracy of Pro / Mechanica.
