稳燃腔正交射流燃烧器的设计原则及稳燃机理探讨

摘    要:稳燃腔正交射流燃烧器是在稳燃腔钝体燃烧器的基础上提出的一种新型煤粉燃烧器,它利用空气动力学原理产生高温烟气的回流,从而强化煤粉气流的着火与稳定燃烧。本文报道了采用该燃烧器进行冷,热态试验的结果,提出了燃烧器设计的原则,并详细探讨了其稳燃的机理。

Abstract:On the basis of a flame-holding cavity bluff-they burner the authors have Proposed a new type ofPulverized coal banner with a flame-holding cavity and orthogonal jet flows. By the use of aerody namic Principles the burner featUres a reveal flow of high-temperature flue gases with a rcsulting in tensitied ingnition of Pulverized-coal po flows and a stebilized combustion Process.The reslts of coldand hot State ted results are reported. Also Proposed is the design Principle of such bumers with a de tailed discussion of their flame-holding combustion mechanism being Presented.
