汽轮机主汽阀关闭过程动力学模型研究

摘    要:汽轮机主汽阀连杆机构主要由阀杆、连接杆和活塞杆组成.本文用凯恩方法建立了阀杆活塞杆互相垂直时的系统动力学模型.研究表明,在正常的工程设计中令连接杆与阀杆成 45°并且杆长取 106英寸,这个模型与阀杆活塞杆同轴时的动力学模型在数值结果上近似相等.图 5参 1

Abstract:The bar linkage of turbine throttle valve is mainly composed of onevalve stem,one connecting rod and one piston rod.The dynamic model for the systemwith the valve stem perpendicular to the connecting rod is established by Kane's methods.Especially,it is on the condition that the connecting rod makes an angle of 45 degrees with the valve stem and is 106 inches long that the numerical solution of this model approximates to that of the model for the system with the valve stem and the connecting rod being coaxial in a normal engineering design.
