超薄型双波浪带管带式水散热器技术的应用研究

摘    要:对超薄型双波浪带管带式水散热器技术在履带式车辆中的应用进行了分析研究,通过部件的台架对比试验、车辆的环境适应性跑车试验以及对部件的体积、质量分析表明,超薄型双波浪带管带式水散热器技术在履带式车辆的应用得到了在系统散热能力提高、水散热器部件散热能力不降低的前提下减轻散热器组件质量的效果.

Abstract:This paper describes the analysis of supper thin splitter- fin radiator which was used in tracked vehicle. The analyses include the comparative test between splitter-fin radiator and common radiator , the thermal performance testing about cooling system when the vehicle was test-driven and the a-nalysis of radiator' s dimension and weight. The result showed it not only had the advanced thermal performance of cooling system but also reduced weight of heat exchangers.
