低变质程度煤配煤制浆的试验研究

摘    要:采用三种低变质程度煤与潞安常村原煤、煤泥进行配煤制浆试验,研究了不同药剂、不同配比对配煤成浆性的影响,以及一定浓度下配比与配煤制浆粘度的关系。试验表明,选择不同煤种,改变配比能得到不同浓度、不同粘度级别的水煤浆产品。试验还对相同配比条件下单种煤混合理论加权制浆浓度与实际配煤浓度进行了比较,进一步验证了配煤的制浆浓度是非加和性的,而是与煤和煤之间的性质匹配及添加剂对煤的适应性有关。

A Experimental Study on Blending and Slurry Preparing of Low Metamorphic Coal
Abstract:Three kinds of low metamorphic coal and two others with good properties of CWS and are selected in this study.The results show that coal additions with higher slurry ability to those with poor quality of CWS can improve the CWS forming feature obviously.The change of allocated proportions can obtain the different concentration and viscosity rank of CWS products.Comparing the actual coal blending concentration and weighted average concentration,it shows that the effects of coal blending on the features of CWS are non-additive but basing on coal itself.
