深井充填管道输送系统优化研究

在深矿井充填中,充填系统的主要问题不再是堵塞问题,而是管道磨损问题,尤其是充填钻孔的保护至关重要。分析了深井充填管道输送存在的问题,结合深井充填系统的特点,提出了3条优化途径,即多台阶管道布置方式、垂直与水平管段直径优化和垂直钻孔的结构形式优化。

Optimizing on Backfill Pipeline Transport System in Deep Mine

In filling of deep mine,the key problem of filling system is the abrasion of transportation pipes but is not the blockage of transportation pipes,especially the protection of the filling drill is very important.This paper analyzes some problems presenting in pipeline transportation of backfill in deep mine,combined with the characteristics of filling system for deep mine,puts forward three optimization approaches,i.e.,multi-step layout pattern of transportation pipe,the diameter optimization of horizontal transportation pipe and vertical transportation pipe,and the makeup optimization of backfill drill.
