摘    要:二氧化硫与甲醛国酸副玫瑰苯胺作用,生成紫红色络合物,根据悬浮液吸光性质研究食糖中二氧化硫的定量新方法-主次双波长分光光度法,该方法操作简单快速,精密度和准确度均高于单波长比色法,且计算模型稳定。

Abstract:Sulphur dioxide reacts with formaldehyde-rosanilne hydrochloride to form purple complex compound. According to the absorbancy light property of suspension,a new determination method of sulphur dioxide in sugar--dominant and secondary wavelength spectrophotometry- -is studied in this paper. The new method iis more accurate and precise than the traditional method. Its caculation model is steady.
