安康52.5 MW蒸发冷却水轮发电机运行分析及问题处理

摘    要:安康 5 2 5MW蒸发冷却水轮发电机定子采用氟利昂蒸发冷却技术 ,该机组是为开发三峡机组的需要而研制的中间机组。安康氟利昂机组于 1991年 12月 2 6日投产 ,截至 1999年 12月 31日已运行 34772 18h ,发电132 5 18 0 2万kW·h。从多年运行资料分析得出 :定子线棒冷却介质氟利昂F113热交换率高 ,温度变化均匀 ,无局部过热现象 ,并具有高绝缘、不电解、不燃烧、不腐蚀铜铁及不生垢等优点。多年的运行基本上没有出现大的氟泄漏 ,而且结构简单、运行操作维护方便 ;自循环蒸发冷却不需外加动力 ;定子线圈冷却效果好 ,最高负荷 5 2MW时最高温度只有 6 7℃ ,最高温升 35K。实践证明 :该氟冷机组的氟冷系统设计、制造质量较好。

Abstract:The stator of 52.5MW evaporative cooling hydro generator for the Ankang Hydropower Station uses the Freon evaporative cooling technology. Such generating unit is an intermediate unit developed to meet the requirements of the generating unit for the Three Gorges Project. The Freon generating unit in the Ankang Hydropower Station was put into use on December 26, 1991. As of December 31,1999, it had operated for 34772.18 hours and generated the electricity of about 1.33 TWh. The analysis on the long time operation data shows that the F113 freon as cooling medium for the stator has high heat exchange rate, uniform temperature change, no local overheat problem and high insulation. No phenomenon such as burning, electrolysis, corrosion, etc. could occur in this medium. It is simple in structure and easy to operate and maintain. The practice shows that the design and manufacturing of the freon cooling system for the generating unit are excellent.
