铸轧液固两相区本构方程

摘    要:为研究金属在铸轧液固两相区的各种行为,根据变形基本理论,在液固两相区考虑粘弹性、粘塑性、温度、相变的影响,建立了包括粘弹性应变、粘塑性应变、固相率以及温度等影响因素的粘弹塑性本构方程.此方程不仅具有明确的物理意义,也具有实用价值。

Abstract:In this paper, according to elementary theory of distortion, various actions of metal which is in two - phase region of liquid and solid are researched . At two-phase region of liquid and solid, impacts of viscoelasticity, viscoplasticity,temperature, phase transition are considered. Constitutive equation of viscoelastic - plasticity is founded which includes many influential factor such as viscoelastic strain, viscoplastic strain, solidoid fraction and temperature and so on . This equation possess not only definite physicial significance but also practical value.
