| Abstract: | It discusses the deciding principle of the charge by weight of mad, and setting the freeway in Anhui province as example, it represents the deciding methods of charge from the division of the field of the weight of charge, the estimation of the ratio of charge and the model of charge by weight, puts forward the better fixed price program, to accelerate the further regulating of road cargo markets. |
