魔芋葡甘聚糖硫酸酯的制备及其体外抗凝血活性研究

摘    要:以魔芋精粉为原料,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)介质中通过磺化反应成功制备出魔芋葡甘聚糖硫酸酯;以元素分析、红外光谱及激光光散射-尺寸排除色谱联用仪研究了其结构,并用体外凝血试验测定了目标化合物活化部分的凝血活酶时间APTT(Activatedpartialthrombintime)、凝血酶时间TT(Thrombintime)和凝血酶原时间PT(Prothrombintime),同时,探讨了魔芋葡甘聚糖硫酸酯的取代度DS(Degreeofsubstitution)与抗凝血活性的关系。

Abstract:Konjac Glucomannan Sulfate (KGMS) with different Degrees of Substitution (DS) is prepared from Konjac flour. The structure of the derivatives is characterized by element analysis. Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), Throbin Time (TT) and Prothrombin Time (PT) are tested. The relationship between the Degree of Substitution (DS) and anticoagulant activity is discussed.
