Practice of setting up flotation system in the coal preparation plant of Tao'er Coal Mine

The paper introduces the status quo of slime water treatment system in the coal preparation plant of Tao′er coal mine,and it analyzes the slime nature to determine the flotation equipment and its working process.The production practice shows that after setting up the flotation system,the flotation concentrate ash meets the design requirement,and it can be controlled below 15% with the floating agent dosage;the industrial production effect of the flotation machine is on the whole better than the small flotation test results in the laboratory,and the floating coal yield and the tailings ash are higher than the small flotation tests results when they have approximate clean coal ash content;the efficiency of the flotation machine is higher than 80% and a good separation effectiveness is achieved.
