矿井斜巷运输信号控制系统的实现

摘    要:根据0044矿井斜巷对监控系统的要求,给出了监控系统的总体结构和功能。详细分析了监控系统信号控制部分的要求,提出了对挡车器、风门以及栅栏门部分控制实现思路。矿井斜巷运输采用变频调速无极绳绞车和完善的信号控制系统有利于提高矿井的安全生产水平和工作效率,实现了斜井绞车自动化控制。

Abstract:According to the requirements for the monitoring system used in No.0044 inclined shaft,its general structure and functions were described.The signal control system was analyzed in detail,and the ideas for the actualization of each control part including air door and road-blocker were proposed.The speed control via variable frequency of endless rope winch equipped with perfect signal control system for the transportation in No.0044 inclined shaft is favorable for the production safety and work efficiency rising,achieving automatic control of inclined shaft winch.
