摘    要:为了对刮板输送机链环结构强度进行动态校核,利用虚拟样机技术研究建立了链环传动系统刚-柔耦合动力学模型,根据刮板输送机链环传动系统实际功率的输出状态,分别对所建模型在额定功率输出、常功率输出和最大功率输出3种工况下进行立环载荷动态测试,最终得到了链环立环各仿真时刻的应力状态及应力最大节点的时间历程。本文的研究对刮板输送机链环传动系统设计、链环强度校核及链环疲劳生命周期预测具有指导意义。

Abstract:In order to take the dynamic verification of the chain structural strength of scraper conveyor,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of chain transmission system was established by using virtual prototype technology.Based on output state of the actual power for the chain transmission system in scraper conveyor,the vertical ring loading dynamic verifications were carried out on the established model in terms of rated,normal and maximum power output.Finally,the time histroy of the stress state and the maximum stress were obtained for vertical ring at each simulation moment.This study has a guiding significance for the design of chain transmission system,the strength checking and the fatigue life prediction of chain rings.
