特殊地质条件下K2灰岩裸顶支护的研究与应用

摘    要:根据恒昇煤业开采区域其构造简单、地应力小、石灰岩顶板厚度大、强度高和分布稳定等特点,通过对井下巷道围岩物理力学性质、围岩组分、地应力状况信息的收集整理,对顶板岩石采样进行了力学实验分析及巷道围岩FLAC3D数值模拟,确定了围岩的稳定性类型和应力分布,进而对裸顶支护进行全面研究分析,并提出支护设计.井下应用表明,所在区城裸顶支护是可行、高效和安全的.

Abstract:Based on the features of the simple structure,small ground stress,thick roof,high strength,stable distribution of limestone roof in the mining area of Tianyihengsheng coal company,and by collecting and organizing the information of the physical-mechanical properties of subsurface tunnel wall rock,of the composition of wall rock,and of the condition of ground stress,it tested the mechanics of roof rocks and simulated the FLAC3D numerical of the tunnel wall rock,determined the stability types and stress distributions of wall rock,and analyzed systematically the naked roof supporting and put forwarded the designs for supporting.According to the application of subsurface mine,naked roof supporting is proved to be practicable,efficient and safe.
