| 摘 要： | 研究了以5α-表雄酮为原料,经消去、酯化、氧化、还原、乙酰化、最后和2-溴丙烯成盐等7步反应合成罗库溴铵的实验过程。探讨了催化剂选择、反应物浓度、pH值、重结晶溶剂的选择等对反应的影响。在最佳条件下,罗库溴铵的合成总收率超过6%。 |

| Abstract: | Taking 5α-epiandrosterone as raw material,rocuronium bromide was synthesized through elimination,esterification,oxidation,reduction,acetylation and reaction with 2-propenyl bromide.Effects of catalyst,reactants concentration,pH value,recrystallization solvents on the reaction were investigated and the best conditions were determined.The results show that the yield of rocuronium bromide can be over 6% under optimum conditions. |
