葡萄皮渣中多酚物质提取工艺的研究

摘    要:通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定温浸法提取萄皮渣中多酚物质的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度为50%,浸提温度为60℃,料液比为1︰12,浸提时间为50 min,提取量为13.482 mg/g。

Abstract:Polyphenol substances in grape residue have high economic value.In this paper,through single-factor test and orthogonal test,the best extraction conditions of polyphenol substances from grape residue were determined as follows: ethanol concentration 50%,extraction temperature 60 ℃,ratio of material to solution l︰12,extraction time 50 min,the extraction rate of polyphenol substanees from grape residue can reach 13.482 mg/g under above conditions.
