摘    要:以淀粉为主要原料,丙烯酸(AA)为接枝单体,采用水溶液聚合法制备高吸水性树脂。探讨了淀粉、引发剂和交联剂用量,丙烯酸中和度等因素对产物吸水性能的影响,结果表明,在聚合温度为50℃,淀粉、引发剂和交联剂用量分别为丙烯酸用量的10%、0.7%和0.03%的条件下,所制备的高吸水性树脂的吸蒸馏水和生理盐水能力最高可达786 g/g和79 g/g。

Abstract:The super absorbent resin was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization with starch and acrylic acid(AA) as raw materials.Influences of starch dosage,neutralization of acrylic acid,initiator dosage and crosslinking agent dosage on water absorption of the resin were investigated,the optimal polymerization conditions were obtained.The results show that when reaction temperature is 50 ℃,dosages of starch,initiator and crosslinking agent are 10%,0.7%,0.03%,respectively,the highest absorbencies of prepared composites for distilled water and saline water are 786 g/g and 79 g/g,respectively.
