摘    要:本文介绍LR6电池的主要生产工艺,并根据生产经验阐述产品的密封结构和措施,从而使正常生产产品的爬碱率控制在0.1%~0.04%的水平。

Abstract:The main technical process to manufacture LR6 batteries was described. Some sealing structures and measures were discussed in accordance with the production experiences. All the climbing rate of the normally manufactured batteries by these processes was controlled within 0. 01-0. 04%.
