非导电超硬材料电火花磨削主轴电机变频调速电路的设计

摘    要:主轴电机速度的控制是非导电超硬材料双电极同步伺服电火花磨削技术中的一个重要环节,它对非导电超硬材料电火花磨削的率高、精度、表面质量和加工成本等都有很大的影响。论文在对该加工技术的工作原理和特点等进行分析研究的基础上,设计出了其主轴电机变频调速电路,对该电路的主电路和驱动保护电路的设计原理、构成和工作特点等进行了研究,给出了该电路的计算机仿真结果。

Abstract:Speed control for spindle motor is an import part for electrical discharge grinding(EDG) nonconducting superabrasives by double electrode synchronization servo.It is a major factor affecting efficiency,machining precision and surface quality.On the basis of analyses and study of working principle and characteristics of the machining technique,the variable frequency adjusting speed circuit for spindle motor of the process is designed.The design principle,constitute and working characteristics of the main circuit,and drive protection circuit for the variable frequency adjusting speed circuit are studied in this paper.The computer simulation results of the variable frequency adjusting speed circuit are given.
