多元化矿物掺合料对混凝土碱硅酸反应抑制效果的研究

摘    要:采用快速砂浆棒法和小砂浆棒快速法试验,进行了粉煤灰、矿粉和硅灰单掺、双掺及三掺对混凝土碱硅酸反应抑制效果的试验研究。结果表明,单掺15%~50%粉煤灰或者矿粉对混凝土碱硅酸反应具有明显地抑制效果,抑制率在32.9%~55.2%之间,且掺量越高,抑制效果越好;总掺量为30%~50%的双掺或三掺矿物掺合料对ASR抑制效果也很明显,抑制率在19.0%~66.7%之间,且三掺抑制效果略好于单掺和双掺;两种试验结果具有较好的一致性。

Abstract:The research on the effect of suppressing concrete ASR by single-doped, double mixed and three doped mineral admixture such as fly, slag and silica fume has been studied, both Mortar bar rapid method and Small mortar Rod have been applied in the three doped experiments for contrast and authentieation. It was shown that the addition of 15%-50% fly or slag was beneficial for suppressing concrete ASR, the rate of inhibition effieieney was ranging from 32.9% to 55.2%,the more the dosage, the better the inhibition efficiency. It was also beneficial for suppressing concrete ASR by double mixed or three doped mineral admixture which total ash was between 30% and 50%, the rate of inhibition efficiency was ranging from 19.0% to 66.7%, and the suppressing effeet by three doped admixture was slightly better than that by single-doped and double mixed admixture. The result by Small mortar Rod was good consistent with that by Mortar bar rapid method.
