苯噻草胺合成中间体的气相色谱法分析

摘    要:用0V—101键合的气相大口径毛细管,以4-甲基苯甲醚为内标,用具有氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪对苯噻草胶合成过程中的中间体氯化物、酰化物、酯化物、羟基物进行定量分析。四种中间体的标推偏差分别为0.18、0.15、0.23、0.21,变异系数分别为0.25、0.23、0.28、0.27,平均回收率分别为99.5、100.4、99.2、99.4,此法分析成本低、快速及定量准确。

Abstract:A gas chromatography method was used for determining compound chloride, compound acyl, compound ester and compound hydroxyl in mefenacet production. The GC column was a 0V - 101 chemically bonded phase, use FID detector and 4 - methylanisol internal standard method was used quantitation. The standard deviation were 0.18, 0.15, 0.23, 0.21, coefficient of variation were 0.25, 0.23, 0.28, 0.27 and recovery were 99.5, 100.4, 99.2, 99.4. The developed method was demonstrated' to be fast and sensitive, the analys related costs low consumption.
