塔河油田碳酸盐岩油藏重复酸压可行性研究

摘    要:酸压工艺是塔河油田缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏勘探开发核心技术之一,但受多种因素的影响,有近半数的井经过一次酸压仍未获得工业油气流或仅获较低产能。另外,部分井投产后不久由于裂缝导流能力失效,生产过程中产量下降较快。通过对塔河油田缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏前期重复酸压的27口井的储层特征、施工设计、现场施工和排液等情况进行系统分析和再认识,找出影响重复酸压增油效果的主要原因,对碳酸盐岩油藏是否可以进行重复酸压改造进行了研究,建立了重复酸压选井选层原则,并对重复酸压高温工作液、配套工艺进行了调配和优化,3井次的重复酸压现场实践取得了良好的增油效果。

Abstract:Acid fracturing is a core technology to explore and develop fracture-cavity type carbonate reservoir of Tahe oilfield, but nearly half wells after acid fracturing didn’t obtain commercial hydrocarbon flow or only achieved low productivity. In addition, production rate decreased rapidly in some wells not long after being put into production due to fracture conductivity failure. By analyzing and re-understanding the reservoir characteristics, operation design, on-site operation and liquid drainage of 27 wells after acid-refracturing in the fracture-cavity type carbonate reservoir of Tahe oilfield, this paper concludes the main factors affecting the acid- refracturing effect. The paper continuous to study the feasibility of acid- re fracturing in carbonate reservoir; develop the principle of wells and layers selection; optimize the high temperature working fluid and matching technology. Thus acid-refracturing treatment technology in the carbonate reservoir is formed. 3 well-times application with acid-refracturing achieved good stimulation effects.
