6013铝合金挤压型材性能的研究

摘    要:研究了铜含量对6013挤压型材性能的影响。结果表明:铜含量高的合金.其强度略高于随铜含量低的合金,合金中的主要强化相可能为S(A12CuM8)相;6013合金耐蚀性与铜含量密切相关,随铜含量的增加耐蚀性有所降低。铜含量为0.96%时合金综合性能最佳。

Abstract:The influence of Cu content on the properties of 6013 aluminium alloy extruded shapes was studied. The results showed that the strength of alloys with higher Cu content was higher than that of alloys with lower Cu content. The main strengthening phase in the alloys was probably S (Al2CuMg) . The corrosion-resistance of 6013 alloys was relative to Cu content and decreased with the increasing of Cu content. When Cu content was 0. 96%, comprehensive properties are best.
