三轴数控铣床仿真系统图形显示方法的研究

摘    要:在对目前国内外数控加工仿真系统中常用图形显示方法进行分析的基础上,根据数控铣床加工仿真系统中铣刀切削材料和运动轨迹具有连续性的特点,提出了基于 N C 代码的包围盒法。该方法应用局部图形刷新技术缩小显示对象,从而大大简化了图形刷新时的计算,图形动态显示效果得到明显的改善。

Abstract:Based on popular graphic display techniques, thinking of the continuity characteristics of cutting material and the motion track of milling cutter in Milling Simulation system, the method of bounding box from NC codes is represented ,which use locally displaying technique to decrease the displaying range, thus the computation time of repeated simulations can be substantially reduced, the dynamic displaying effect is improved greatly. The method is implemented and simulations of some sculptured surface milling are demonstrated.
