风机远程控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:风机远程控制系统上位机采用PC机,下位机采用AVR单片机,通过集散控制方法实现现场和远程都可控制任意台号风机的启停、调速、显示故障及设备编号,具有过流、过压的自动保护及报警功能,采用继电器控制风机等方法,减少了低速时控制板和风机噪声对系统的影响,提高了系统的稳定性。

Abstract:In this paper,a real-time and remote control system is designed,which uses the PC and AVR single-chip.The system can control the start,stop,speed,faults and device numbers of the fans,and it has the function of automatic protection and fault alarm of over-current and over-voltage.The noise of the fans and the control panel of lowly speeds can be reduced by using methods such as the control of fans by relay,and then improving the stability of the system.
