BP神经网络在齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:介绍了BP网络的原理、算法,并用BP网络对采煤机截割部齿轮箱机械传动系统的故障进行了趋势预测。经过地面模拟加载实验及井下验证,证明用人工神经网络可较好地预报机器故障,变被动维修为视情维修,可节省大量的设备维修费用,为合理安排生产计划及设备检修提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:The theory and algorithm of BP neural network were introduced, and it was used in the fault trend prediction for cutting part transmission system of mining machine. By the experiments of ground simulation and underground on - line test, it is proved that neural network is an effective method in fault prediction. By using ANN in fault prediction, passive maintenance can be replaced by predictive maintenance, and it can provide reliable basis for production schedule and equipment overhaul.
