结构参数对筒形磁力联轴器磁转矩的影响

摘    要:在假设磁转子的气隙远小于其轴向尺寸的情况下可忽略其边端效应,将磁力联轴器的磁场求解简化为二维平面磁场。借助ANSYS软件对磁力联轴器的磁场分布进行数值模拟,得到了不同磁转角下的磁力线分布和磁感应强度分布,并计算出对应的磁转矩,分析了内外磁体厚度、内外轭铁厚度、气隙及磁极数目对磁转矩的影响,以期对磁力联轴器的设计和应用提供有益参考。

Abstract:Assuming that the air gap between the magnetic rotors is far less than the axial dimension of the magnetic rotor, and ignoring the edge effect , the magnetic field solution of magnetic coupling was solved by samplifing it as a two-dimension planar magnetic field. By the use of ANSYS software the magnetic field distribution of the magnetic coupling was simulated, achieving the figures of magnetic force line and magnetic induction intensity distribution under different rotation angle. The magnetic torque under different magnetic rotation angle were calculated, and the dependence of magnetic torque was analyzed on thickness of inner/outside yoke irons, inner and outside magnets, air gaps and numbers of magnetic pole, providing beneficial reference to the design and application of the magnetic coupling.
