地下铁道桩基托换及其微振动控制爆破施工技术

摘    要:基础托换是城市地铁穿越建筑物时为保护建筑物所采取的最经济、快捷和安全的施工方法。在广州市轨道交通三号线广州东站及站后折返线施工中开发的动载桩基托换的施工技术,以及托换开挖工作中微振动控制爆破施工技术的实施,有效避免了对既有建筑物的危害和保证了既有线的正常运营。

Abstract:Foundation underpinning is the most economical and safe construction method when subway passing beneath through buildings. In Guangzhou railway transportation line No. 3, some construction techniques, such as dynamically loaded piled foundation underpinning and micro vibration controlled blasting in excavation, were developed to protect the existing adjacent buildings and keep the existing transportation line running safely.
