摘    要:该文在轮胎爆胎机理研究的基础上,研制了汽车轮胎压力监测系统.传感发射器以集成传感器、微处理器、发射芯片的MPXY8300为核心,实现轮胎压力和温度的测量与射频数据发送,并完成射频发射功率优化与软件低功耗设计.接收机采用集成SPI的STC12C5416AD微控制器与射频接收芯片MC33594构成,实现射频信号的接收、解调、数据处理、显示和报警,并完成接收灵敏度的优化设计.系统技术性能指标符合要求,已经投入实际生产.

Abstract:Tire pressure monitor system was designed in this paper on the basis of tire burst mechanism.MPXY8300 was the core of sensor and transmitter to measure tire pressure and temperature and to transmit RF data.The low power optimization and consumption software was designed.The receiver was composed of STC12C5416AD MCU with SPI controller and RF receiver MC33594,to achieve receiver,demodulation,data process,display and alarm of tire signals and complete the receiver sensitivity of the optimal design.System tech...
