基于时间信息融合的振动故障诊断方法

摘    要:由于依靠一个状态的数据进行融合诊断存在误诊和漏诊的可能性,提出了一种基于时间信息的融合诊断方法,以小波分析和概率模型为分析手段,给出了基于时间信息融合的具体算法,并定义了故障定量判别的指标——故障度.通过转子故障模拟试验得到了大量数据,对故障实例的计算以及振动信号的分析结果表明,故障度能够有效地区分故障类别,提高了诊断的准确性.

Abstract:As there is some probability to get a wrong result with the vibration signal at the special time,a novel fault diagnosis method based on time information fusion is proposed.The specific algorithm has been implemented and provided in this paper by using the wavelet transform and probabilistic model.A quantitative discriminant fault indicator,Fault Comparability Degree,is also proposed.Various failures on a rotor have been carried out.The experiment results show that the Failure Comparability Degree is able t...
