| 摘 要： | 针对电梯老龄化致使故障频发的问题,研究电梯运行状态在线监测系统,实现电梯故障远程报警.设计基于Mega微处理器的高性价比嵌入式系统,通过多传感器信息融合的方式,获取电梯运行速度、方向、层站、门开关以及电梯内是否有人等信息.研究电梯故障推理策略,根据电梯状态判断电梯是否正常运行,以及异常状态下的具体故障类型.研制RS485转Ethernet双向数据透明传输模块,建立电梯运行参数采集终端和远程管理平台之间的广域网连接,实现电梯运行状态集中监测和电梯故障自动远程报警.该系统为电梯安全监管提供了技术支撑,实际运行效果良好.
