加热炉炉温PLC模糊控制系统的设计

摘    要:在加热炉炉温控制系统中,使用传统的PID控制方法很难达到预期目标.根据加热过程对温度控制的要求,设计了一种基于模糊理论的炉温PLC控制系统.该系统既具有-PLC控制抗干扰能力强、稳定性高的优点,又具有模糊控制响应速度快、控制简单等优点,对提高加热炉的加热效率和钢厂的经济效益具有积极的意义.实际运行结果表明,炉温偏差不超过设定值的3%.
