| 摘 要： | 针对目前在疏松砂岩油藏采用三开裸眼充填和244.5mm套管防砂完井工艺受工具的限制,而采用皮碗工具悬挂滤砂管防砂及两步法充填防砂完井,施工周期长,作业成本高,且防砂效果难以保证的状况,研制了DJ-210型大井眼卡瓦锚定式防砂充填工具。该工具配以相应的防砂管柱可实现地层改造,起到既防砂又增油的双重效果。该工具采用组合式胶筒密封及双向卡瓦锚定,使其封隔压力高,悬挂能力强,确保了防砂施工的成功率,实现了地层填砂、环空填充一体化工序,较好地解决了三开裸眼悬挂充填防砂及244.5mm套管射孔出砂井地层改造及环空充填防砂完井的防砂难题。现场8口井的应用表明,使用该工具实现了防砂后不减产甚至增产的良好防砂效果。
