MAA-St双单体熔融接枝ABS增容无卤阻燃ABS的研究

摘    要:以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为接枝单体,苯乙烯(St)为接枝共单体,制备了ABS-g-(MAA-co-St)双单体熔融接枝物。研究了MAA、St用量对接枝率的影响。结果表明,当MAA、St用量均为6 mL时,ABS-g-(MAA-co-St)的接枝率最高,可达4.96%。探讨了ABS-g-(MAA-co-St)对ABS/膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)复合材料力学性能、加工性能和阻燃性能的影响。当ABS-g-(MAA-co-St)添加量为6份时,冲击强度和拉伸强度分别可达3.07 kJ/m2、37.2 MPa,且在力学性能有所提高的同时,复合材料阻燃级别仍可达FV-0级。

Abstract:ABS-g-(MAA-co-St) was prepared by melt grafting copolymerization with DCP as initiator,acroleic acid(MAA) as grafting monomer and styrene(St) as co-monomer.The grafting degree can reach 4.96% when the amount of both MAA and St was 6 mL.When ABS-g-(MAA-co-St) amount was 6 phr,impact strength and tensile strength of ABS/IFR/ABS-g-(MAA-co-St) composites were 3.07 kJ/m2 and 37.2 MPa respectively.Flame retardance of ABS/IFR/ABS-g-(MAA-co-St) composites can reach FV-0 rate at keeping the improved mechanical prope...
