紫钨生产的亚微米级钨粉和碳化钨粉的形貌

摘    要:用紫钨可以生产出亚微米级的钨粉和碳化钨粉。通过不同的制样手段 ,使用透射电镜和扫描电镜研究了用紫钨生产的钨粉和碳化钨粉的形貌变化。发现钨和碳化钨粉形状复杂 ,多为树枝状或链状颗粒团形式 ,碳化钨粉中有较多的晶体缺陷。

Abstract:The submicro W and WC powder can be produced by using of violet tungstic.We used several methods to prepare the specimens,and then studied their morphology by TEM and SEM.It indicates that the shape of W and WC grains is varied,such as dendritic and chain structure,and there are many crystal defects in WC grains.
