紫外光固化导电胶的老化性能研究

摘    要:以环氧丙烯酸树脂和聚丙烯酸树脂,铜粉和镀银铜粉制备了四种不同品种的紫外光固化导电胶。对导电胶的耐热老化性能和时间老化性能进行了研究,发现镀银铜粉导电胶的老化性能较好,耐热老化温度可以达到200℃,在60d的老化期内导电性仍在10-4Ω.cm数量级,导电胶性质稳定。

Abstract:UV Curing copper or silver plating copper conductive adhesive was prepared by using acrylated epoxy resin or polyacrylic resin. The ageing property of UV Curing conductive adhesive was studied and it shows that the ageing property of silver plating copper conductive adhesive was better than copper conductive adhesive,the thermal ageing temperature was 200 ℃ and the conductive ratio was still in 10-4Ω.cm in 60 days,the property of conductive adhesive was good.
