摘    要:针对500kV输电线路带电更我整串绝缘了效率不高的现象,分析出原起吊工具效率低是影响整个施工进度的关键,提出用组三滑轮组代替机动绞磨的新思路,并对2种起吊工具进行施工效率、工艺、成本的比较,新工艺更能适应带电更换整串绝缘子的工作要求,具有推广价值。

Abstract:For the low efficiency of replacing the live insulator strings,the cause was analyzed that the poor efficiency of the lifting tools was the key factor.Therefore,a new idea of using triple pulley blocks instead of motor wring was raised and a comparison of efficiency,cost and process between them was made.It was demonstrated that the new tools are more suitable and will be popularized.
